Not really sure what I’m doing wrong here. Is this feeling because when I first started my weight loss journey over a year ago I weighed SO MUCH so when I first started this diet I was losing weight rapidly? I can’t tell if I’m just losing at a “normal” pace or if I’m doing something wrong! I can’t remember what rate I lost weight at when I was this weight and headed for 150 the last time.. Anyways, this week I lost 0.8lbs. I really wish it was more, but am I wrong to think so?
