Not really sure what I’m doing wrong here. Is this feeling because when I first started my weight loss journey over a year ago I weighed SO MUCH so when I first started this diet I was losing weight rapidly? I can’t tell if I’m just losing at a “normal” pace or if I’m doing something wrong! I can’t remember what rate I lost weight at when I was this weight and headed for 150 the last time.. Anyways, this week I lost 0.8lbs. I really wish it was more, but am I wrong to think so?

Avocado fries! So delicious, I will absolutely be making this again. And again and again and again.
1. Slice avocado and cut it up into fry sized pieces.
2. Soak in egg and then bread with almond flour with a bit of garlic powder and paprika.
3. Cook in a fryer preheated to 350F for 5 minutes (alternatively you could bake them for 20 minutes at 425F).
4. Place on a paper towel and sprinkle with some salt.
5. Enjoy!
I also made an aioli to dip them in but I think they would be delicious with a chipotle mayo too!
